Passport Online president Jeanne Colombo is retiring, effective Nov. 1, to focus her time on a serious illness in her family. Colombo has worked in the travel industry for 35 years. She was named Passport Online's president in 2021 after a stint as its vice president of strategic partnerships.

Passport Online announced today the early retirement of its president, Jeanne Colombo. She will be stepping down effective Nov. 1, 2024 to focus on a serious illness within her family.
“It has been immensely gratifying to work for a company that consistently innovates and explores new channels, providing key products and services in the leisure travel industry,” said Colombo. ”I am proud of the achievements we have made as we enter the last quarter of 2024.”

Passport Online, a leading travel technology provider, announced the early retirement of its president, Jeanne Colombo, effective November 1, 2024. Colombo said she decide to retire to focus on a serious illness of a family member, which she has been dealing with for the past few years but now requires her full attention.
She said she had full confidence in her team to carry on the work at Passport Online. During her 35-year career in the travel industry, Colombo has made invaluable contributions to both the company and the industry at large.
